‘A Dog’s Purpose’ actor responds to ‘disturbing’ behind-the-scenes video

Josh Gad agreed to be part of the upcoming A Dog’s Purpose because it “captures the allure and sting of adoring a domesticated, ” but was rattled by TMZ footage that appeared abusive to animals on move. The dog in the video, Hercules, was forced into the liquid to play a stunt.
