So, will I be rallying out to begin my 4-6 weeks of dedicated red light therapy? Honestly, definitely, but I’m not a hard sell on commodities that promise to solve all my difficulties. While experts may not agree on all the consequences of red light therapy, there does seem to be substantial scientific evidence that it’s a useful therapy for skin quality, pain relief, and improved sleep. Other asserts you can test for yourself, and write blog berths about if you so pick. But if this therapy is even half as effective as the clinical trials substantiating it would suggest, I’d say it’s surely worth a shot.
