The model launched her brand-new swimwear path Inamorata Swim earlier this month, but it turns out some of her designings are eerily same to another designer’s, Lisa Marie Fernandez .
While Emily previously shared she found the brainchild by her way from turning through vintage Sports Illustrated problems, Miz Fernandez cast the 26 -year-old a cease-and-desist note after discovering the similarities between two of their designs.
According to Business of Fashion , “were not receiving” copyright for physically functional makes, in this case, swimsuits.
So instead Lisa cited two European Union Community Design Registration credentials she registered in May 2015, as Emily’s line carries internationally.
